I can honestly say it’s the best fitness decision I have ever made.
For me a Personal Trainer was for someone who helped the unmotivated and newcomers to keeping fit.
By chance I met Aderito and I explained my sports, my training regime, my goals and also my injury history. He was keen to help me tweak what I had been doing. I was sceptical but gave it a go.
After nearly 4 years of training with Aderito at his bootcamps, small group PT sessions, tailored 1-2-1 sessions and sometimes just a leisurely run, I can honestly say it’s the best fitness decision I have ever made.
I’m fitter now at 42 than I was playing good standard football at 25, I have had no muscular injuries and I have a far more positive mental wellbeing to go with it.
I don’t enjoy egotistical PTs that like to tell me how strong and fit they are, spending more time talking than making sure I’m pushing myself or those interested in selling you the next fad PT package. I like to know that I’ve got value for money, I’ve been made to push myself to the limits, I’ve got a plan that’s right for me and that the PT is genuinely interested in your fitness lifestyle.
Aderito is innovative, informative and loves what he does. To me Aderito is a Personal Transformer not a Personal Trainer

Playing for England Baskteball I came across many coaches and Aderito's extensive experience in the fitness industry has transformed the fitness levels of the London South Bank University Women's basketball team (National League). I wanted to get into fitness to loose weight and that was my main goal. However, after training with Aderito and learning about the benefit about nutrition with exercise, I have now changed my whole lifestyle. I used to eat out every day (McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza, etc) and have work drinks every week and never exercise which made me fatigued and gloomy. Since training 3/4 times a week both in bootcamp and 1-2-1 I have improved my fitness and reached my goal of loosing weight. Aderito allowed me to really understand the techniques and method of exercising and what is best suited to my body. I now take into consideration of what I am eating, I have lost significant amount of weight whilst still maintaining a healthy size. I am happier, more energised and healthier than I have ever been all thanks to Aderito.
